Meditation is a simple tool that gives space between thought and action.
Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor. Kamalika Stockton is a Level 2 trained instructor with eight years of cold conditioning experience.
With the New Year upon us we will gather and delve into an introspective evening of dreaming, journaling, and vision board creation.
Join Kamalika Stockton and Lindsey Marie Whited for a transformational evening of meditation, breathwork, sound healing and reiki.

Forest Bathing, Shinrin-Yoku is an ancient Asian practice of "bathing in the atmosphere of nature". This was and is considered medicine. We are a part of nature. When we calm the mind and come into the body this helps us release stress and reset our nervous system. NOTE: we will not be bathing in the forest.
We will gather and mindfully walk into the woods. Spend time exploring the beautiful old white pine forest. Then settle into a spot to do some breath work and meditation. Kamalika will facilitate teaching how to connect and ground in nature (forest bathing). We will conclude the event with a nature mandala.
I’m asking for a donation of whatever you can afford.
When we meet up as a group we are more accountable for healthy actions and habits. You also have an opportunity to meet like-minded people!!
There is no actual bathing going on, no water is involved.
Bring water and something to sit on. The hike is a mild half-mile loop, with no inclines.
Children and dogs are welcomed, but not recommended. To be respectful of the group. If you can't sit on the ground I have a few camping chairs. Also If you know you're not steady on your feet please bring a hiking poll.
