We will hike along Tinker Creek stop along the trail for some meditation with the wild flowers. Then take time to ground and honor the Mother Earth. Kamalika will teach you how to connect with your breath and still your mind for a meditation at the rivers edge. We will close with silent nature art meditation. Optional river plunge for those that want to learn the Wim Hof Method.
